The Organisers advise that, due to the uneven nature of the terrain at the event, it may at times be difficult for spectators to move around freely. All spectators enter the site at their own risk and are advised to wear suitable footwear and appropriate clothing for outdoor conditions.

Spectators are not permitted to bring alcohol, pets or sparklers onto the event site. Assistance dogs are permitted where appropriate.

Bags and other items may be subject to security checks upon entry.

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who is deemed to be intoxicated, behaving in an inappropriate or threatening manner, or who is in possession of prohibited items.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the event site.

There is no re-entry to the event. Tickets are valid for one entry only. If you leave the event, you will not be permitted to re-enter.

Spectators must comply with reasonable instructions given by event staff, stewards and volunteers at all times.

The event takes place outdoors on grass and uneven terrain. Spectators requiring accessible facilities or assistance should refer to the accessibility information provided on the event website or contact the Organisers before attending.

The following items and activities are prohibited on the event site: fireworks, sparklers, sky lanterns, drones, lasers and any other item or activity that the Organisers reasonably consider to present a safety risk. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in areas where they are prohibited by the Organisers or by law. Spectators must not climb fences or barriers, throw objects or interfere with event equipment.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned, except where required by law or where the Organisers expressly agree otherwise.

The ticket purchaser is responsible for ensuring that their order details are correct and that tickets are received in sufficient time for the event.

Customers are advised to check their tickets and order details upon receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the Event Organiser of any change to their email address or other relevant contact details before the event.

Our preferred method of contact for customers ordering online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current and valid email address.

Tickets are valid for the Downend Round Table Fireworks Display 2026 only and cannot be used for any other event.

Where tickets are purchased on behalf of other people, the purchaser is responsible for providing those ticket holders with their individual tickets and any relevant event terms and conditions.

The Organisers will make these terms and conditions available to ticket purchasers and ticket holders through the event ticketing process and/or event website. Where a purchaser buys multiple tickets, they are responsible for ensuring that each person attending using one of those tickets has access to the relevant ticket and these terms and conditions before attending the event.

No refund will be made in respect of lost, forgotten or unused admission tickets, except where required by law.

Where an electronic ticket has been lost, the Organisers may, at their discretion, be able to locate the original booking using the purchaser's booking information. Duplicate tickets are not guaranteed.

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone or alter the event where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary, including but not limited to adverse weather, safety concerns, emergency situations, instructions from relevant authorities or other circumstances affecting the safe operation of the event.

Where the event is cancelled or postponed, the Organisers will communicate any arrangements regarding tickets or refunds through the contact details provided at the time of booking and/or through the event website.

The Organisers shall not be liable for any additional costs, expenses, loss or damage incurred by spectators as a result of cancellation, postponement or alteration of the event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any person or to withdraw permission for any person to remain at the event where they reasonably consider this necessary for safety, security or the proper operation of the event.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, the Organisers, their agents, employees, representatives and volunteers shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury or illness suffered by spectators or damage to personal property, except where caused by the negligence or other liability of the Organisers which cannot legally be excluded.

Glow in the Dark toys may be available to purchase separately from volunteers at designated sales points on the event site.

All toys are new and supplied in sealed packaging where applicable. Designs and colours may vary from those shown in marketing materials or sample images. Products are intended to comply with applicable UK toy safety requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, products are intended for children aged 3 and above. Adult supervision is strongly advised at all times, particularly when children are using flashing, pointed or small items.

Some products may contain small batteries or other small parts which can present a serious hazard if swallowed. Keep all products away from babies and young children who may place them in their mouths.

Products should not be placed in the mouth or near the eyes and should only be used for their intended purpose. Used glow products should be disposed of responsibly. Do not puncture, cut, burn or attempt to open glow products.

Any product found to be faulty should be reported to a volunteer at the designated sales point as soon as reasonably possible.

All purchases are subject to applicable consumer rights and statutory protections.

Downend Round Table and its volunteers accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from the misuse of any product.

All profits from Glow in the Dark toy sales go directly towards local charitable causes supported by Downend Round Table.

The Organisers aim to comply with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Details of your transaction and booking may be retained to provide a record of your transaction and to facilitate the correct handling of your booking and any related enquiries.

Your contact information may be used to provide information relating to this event and other associated events organised by Downend Round Table, where permitted by law.
